Maximum Amount: Up to $10,000 Eligibility: Jewish residents or non-Jewish employees of Jewish organizations in the 15-county San Antonio area. Guarantors Needed: Loans greater than $2,000 require 2 well-qualified guarantors, at least one of whom is Jewish. Loans less than $2,000 require 1 well-qualified guarantor. Repayment Terms: Repayments typically begin 30 days after funding. $250 monthly payments for 40 months on a $10,000 loan. $222.22 monthly payments for 36 months on an $8,000 loan. $200 monthly payments for 30 months on a $6,000 loan.

Maximum Amount: $5,000 per semester (up to 4 years / $40,000 total) Eligibility: Jewish post–high school students who are permanent residents of the San Antonio area, or non-Jewish employees of Jewish organizations in the 15-county San Antonio area. Guarantors Needed: Loans greater than $2,000 require 2 well-qualified guarantors, at least one of whom is Jewish. Loans less than $2,000 require 1 well-qualified guarantor. Repayment Terms: Monthly $100 payments until graduation. Six months after graduation, payments increase to $166.67.

Repayment Terms: $120 monthly payments for 50 months.

Repayment Terms: $120 monthly payments for 50 months.

Repayment Terms: Monthly installments; terms discussed during the interview process. Small business loans require some additional documentation, please see the information below. 1. Documentation of the Applicant’s authority to borrow money on behalf of the business. 2. Organizational documents of the business, such as partnership agreements, articles of incorporation, trust documents, etc. 3. A business plan. 4. Financial reports (Balance sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Reports for two or more years each) showing a proven ability to generate revenues and profits, and manage the business’s finances. 5. If not specified on the balance sheets to be provided, a current list of assets owned by the business. 6. Tax returns for the business for two years or more, including evidence that all payroll taxes and other taxes have been paid, and if not, an explanation as to why not and any correspondence received by taxing authorities regarding owed taxes.
